COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ruskin, FL—Nancy D. Griffin has joined Florida Home Partnership, a non-profit developer and homebuilder, as Community Development Manager.

Griffin is an experienced banker, underwriter and finance expert who has worked in both the public and private sectors. Most recently she worked as Vice President for its Citi Community Capital/Municipal Securities Division.  Previously she worked for Ameri-National Community Services, a servicer for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, as a Senior Credit Underwriter/Manager. She also has worked for the affordable housing departments of Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. Griffin is a native of Tampa Bay.

In this new role at Florida Home Partnership, she will identify and develop community programs aligned with the organization’s mission of providing housing for low- and moderate-income families in Tampa Bay.

According to Earl Pfeiffer, Executive Director of Florida Home Partnership, “With the enormous amount of economic stimulus and recovery funds flowing into Florida, Nancy will be instrumental in helping us to capture this funding and channel it to housing  programs that best serve our clients.”
