Benefits: All full-time employees that have passed their probationary period, are entitled to the following benefits.  These benefits are further described in the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.  This summary is an overview only:

Annual Leave:

  • Year One: ½ day per month (6 days)
    Year Two: 1 day per month (12 days)
    Year Three and Thereafter:  1 ½ days per month (18 days)

Sick Leave:

  • From Start Date: ½ day per month

Holidays:

  • 11 paid holidays including employee’s birthday

Insurance:

  • Fully Paid Health Insurance for employee includes small Life Insurance Policy.

Optional Insurance:

  • Family health; family and employee, dental, vision, life, and disability

Retirement:

  • A 401K with 100% match up to 6% of employee's pay, fully vested after five years.

Production Incentive:

  • Potential for production incentive for entire organization, based upon exceeding stated Corporate objectives

Salaries:

  • Salaries are set based upon comparable market data, tempered with budgetary limitations.

Salary Increases

  • Employees can earn up to 5% annually for outstanding performance, with market adjustments where justified.  Salary adjustments are effective in January of each year.
