Established in 2005, Bayou Pass Village is a deed-restricted community of more than 200 homes.  Bayou Pass Phase III is expected to begin home sales in early 2010. The community features a walking trail to a clubhouse with a beach-entry swimming pool and a children’s playground.  Bayou Pass Village is is located on 14th Avenue and 21st Street SW in Ruskin.
