Communities

Florida Home Partnership strives to create outstanding affordable communities that meet or exceed features offered by retail market developers.  Each community is formed with its own deed restrictions and Home Owner’s Association, which helps to maintain the long-term appearance and integrity of the community.

Hidden Creek is conveniently located east of Bill Tucker Road and Route 301 South in Wimauma. The community of Hidden Creek offers 141 homesites in a park-like setting.  A community clubhouse is being built concurrent with closeout in 2010. Click here to go to the Hidden Creek community website. 

Sunset Hills is located in Dade City (Pasco County). Sunset Hills is the organization’s newest community, located on Powerline Road north of County Road 52.  Sunset Hills consists of 64 homes and a community park nestled among rolling hills and large oak trees.

Bayou Pass Villageis a growing community, now entering its third phase. More than 200 families already enjoy the onsite clubhouse and community pool. A new model home will open in 2010 at Bayou Pass, which is located at the intersection of 14th Avenue and 21st Street SW in Ruskin. Click here to go to the Bayou Pass Village community website. 

The community features a walking trail to exceptional recreation amenities, including a children’s playground.  Bayou Pass Village Phase III will open in 2010. 

Completed Communities

Summerview Oaks is a community of 72 homes in Riverview, Florida, built entirely through the Self-Help Housing program.

Las Villas of South Shore, formerly known as Homes for Ruskin, is a community of 72 homes in Ruskin, Florida built entirely through the USDA Mutual Self-Help Housing program.

The first two phases of Bayou Pass Village are complete, with over 200 homeowners.    A new phase will open in 2010.
