COMPENSATION: Compensation is based on experience. Competitive benefit package includes health insurance, vacation, sick leave, and generous 401-k plan.
Salaries:
Pay ranges are set based upon comparable market data, tempered with budgetary limitations.
Employees can earn up to 5% annually for outstanding performance, with market adjustments where justified. Salary and wage adjustments are effective in January of each year.

BENEFITS: All full-time employees who have passed their probationary period, are entitled to benefits. These benefits are fully described in the FHP Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. The following is a summary of benefits:
Annual Leave:
Year One - ½ day per month (6 days)
Year Two - 1 day per month (12 days)
Year Three and thereafter - 1 ½ days per month (18 days)
Sick Leave:
From start date - ½ day per month
Holidays:
11 paid holidays including employee’s birthday
Insurance:
Fully paid health insurance for employee includes small life insurance policy.
Optional Insurance:
Employee and family plans include: health, dental, vision, life and disability.
Retirement:
A 401K with employer match up to 6% of the employee's pay contribution. Employees are fully vested after five years.
Production Incentive:
Quarterly production incentive offered.
