Ms. Julia Sarmiento is an educator for Hillsborough County and a former Self-Help Homeowner in FHP’s Bayou Pass subdivision where she served as secretary on Bayou Pass’ Property Owners Association Board. A graduate from the University of South Florida with a B.A in English (2005), Ms. Sarmiento teaches high school English and Honors T.V. Production. She joined the FHP Board in 2006. |
