Denese “Dee” Fridella, Secretary

Ms. Fridella has been a member of FHP’s board since 2005 and has worked in Health & Social Services for Hillsborough County 28 years.  Currently, she is the Regional Manager, West Tampa and South Hillsborough Regions which includes Ruskin, FHP’s main office location. Ms. Fridella is an avid community supporter. She has received numerous awards and recognition including the Weed ‘n Seed Grant Certificate of Appreciation and the County Administrator Extra Mile Award. Ms. Fridella has been volunteering in the community for over 20 years and was the Nominee for Outstanding Community Partner, Learey Technical Institute in 2009. She has been a member of the following boards; SouthShore Coalition-Chair & Co-Chair 2004-2006 and 2007-2008, SouthShore Roundtable-2004-2008, Rural Social Services Partnership-2008-2009. She was also the American Cancer Society Cancer Control Taskforce Interim Chairperson in 2000.
