Ms. Kathryn Blake is an educator for Hillsborough County Schools and was the first self-help participant to own a home at FHP’s Summerview Oaks. She served as a board member of the Summerview Oaks Property Owners Association. Ms. Blake’s son is a second generation self-help participant in the Hidden Creek subdivision. Ms. Blake joined the FHP Board in 2003. |
