Ms. Ortiz joined FHP in 2003 bringing over ten years experience in office staffing and management and is responsible for FHP’s non-financial business operations, administrative, staff support operations and keeping of the official records of the Board. She also maintains the front office, scheduling of company travel, coordinating conferences, assemble presentations, maintaining database, provide human resources and personnel activities such as HR compliance, file maintenance, payroll and time card oversight and assures timely acquisition of building permits. Ms. Ortiz became a homebuyer through the self-help housing program.
