Ms. Alvarado joined FHP in 2005 bringing two years experience with Catholic Charities, a nonprofit self sufficiency organization. Ms. Alvarado assists the Home Loan Manager and Loan Specialist II with home sales and homebuyer counseling goals by interviewing, pre-qualifying credit counseling applicants for the self-help affordable housing program. Ms. Alvarado also prepares closing documents for the various state and local down payment assistance programs. Ms. Alvarado came to FHP as a homebuyer through the self-help housing program. |
